Mind Blank uses theatre inspired techniques as a mental health promotional tool. Our specially-designed interactive workshops helps participants to identify signs and symptoms of mental health and help-seeking support.
Mental health is important for workplaces and for employees, especially with COVID 19 and the whirlwind of stress that it brings. In response to the growing need Mind Blank has tailored specific online workplace workshops to help businesses address mental health in the remote working environment.
