Mind Blank is happy to announce that Kristal Ruiz was one of fifteen Cigna employees selected as a 2022 Cigna Community Ambassador Fellow.
Cigna’s Community Ambassador Fellowship program allows employees to complete a project to positively impact the health, well-being and peace of mind of the individuals in the communities Cigna serves. Selected fellows have the opportunity to partner with a charity or non-profit organization to complete their project over a three-month period and receive up to $20,000 to support the execution of the project.
Kristal, who works as an engagement consultant helping employers develop well-being strategies, will begin her three-month fellowship with Mind Blank this June. She’ll work side-by-side with Mind Blank’s CEO Ally Kelly to expand their Workplace Mental Health Awareness Program and equip employers and employees in Brisbane, Australia with skills to identify mental health issues.
Kristal is based out of San Diego, California and has worked for Cigna for seven years. We are excited for this opportunity and look forward to having Kristal on board for the next few months.
