Mind Blank's Media Kit

Mind Blank Ltd is a non-profit mental health charity committed to promoting early-intervention strategies through creative education. Since 2011, we have empowered thousands of young people and community members by bringing mental health conversations into spaces that often lack them. We believe that prevention is key in supporting mental wellbeing and that by creating safe, inclusive environments, we can empower people to speak up, seek help, and support one another.

What We Do

Mind Blank works across three core sectors:

Schools

We deliver theatre-based mental health programs that use role-play and storytelling to support student wellbeing. Co-designed with psychologists, educators, and youth workers, our workshops align with curriculum and promote resilience, emotional literacy, and help-seeking.

Workplaces

We help organisations build mentally healthy cultures through tailored training, performance scenarios, and facilitated discussions. Programs equip staff with the language and confidence to reduce stigma, speak up, and support each other.

Communities

We co-design programs with local partners to reach vulnerable groups and promote open conversations about mental health. With experience working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, our approach prioritises cultural safety, early intervention, and intergenerational wellbeing.

What sets Mind Blank apart is our creative, strengths-based approach. We use theatre to break down complex mental health topics and help people build understanding and empathy through shared experiences.
